(1) Amounts due under the capital expenditure facility (Class A) and term loan facility (Class B) are amounts drawn as at 31 March 2012 of £412.1 million and £625.0 million respectively, adjusted for drawing in April 2012 of £400.0 million under the capital expenditure facility to repay the same amount of the term loan facility and the issuance of €50.0 million Class A 20 year and £180.0 million Class A 10 year private placements, the proceeds of which were used to repay the capital expenditure facility.
(2) The working capital facility is available in an amount of £50 million which was completely undrawn as at 31 March 2012.
