Annual accounts
In this section of our site you will find annual accounts for BAA Limited, BAA (SH) plc (previously BAA (SH) Limited), BAA (SP) Limited, Heathrow Airport Limited, Stansted Airport Limited and Gatwick Airport Limited (for years prior to the completion of its sale by the BAA group in December 2009).
As part of the restructuring of the BAA group completed in 2008, BAA (SH) plc and BAA (SP) Limited became new members of the BAA group and their annual accounts for 2008 are the first accounts to have been prepared.
The consolidated annual accounts of BAA Limited and BAA (SH) plc are prepared under international financial reporting standards. The accounts of BAA (SP) Limited are prepared under new UK GAAP whilst those of Heathrow Airport Limited, Stansted Airport Limited and Gatwick Airport Limited are prepared under UK GAAP.
