In 'The Future of Air Transport' the Government asked airport operators to draft a master plan document detailing all their development proposals.

The master plan takes into account the conclusions on future development set out in the White Paper and sets out proposals for development of the airport to 2015 in some detail. It also outlines longer-term development at the airport until 2030.
