BAA is pleased to confirm that it has completed the final tranche of a £500m injection into the group's London airports announced on 13th November 2009. The latest £217m tranche came largely from FGP Topco Limited, which is jointly owned by BAA's three controlling shareholders. The contribution from FGP Topco Ltd included net proceeds, after repayment of financing, from the sale of FGP Topco's entire holding of £225m BAA 2031 bonds and £129m from new shareholder equity injected into FGP Topco.
