You can also get temporary passes from the following locations:

Terminal 1 and Terminal 3: Star Centre, D'Albiac House, TW6 1SD . Open Monday to Friday 07:00 – 19:30, Saturday and Sunday 07:30 - 17:30.  Please call 020 8745 6404 in advance to check availability.

Terminal 4: Control Centre. Open Monday to Friday 07:00 – 18:00. Passes may be issued outside of these hours, but applicants should call prior to attending to schedule an appointment on Tel 0208 745 4545.  All pass applicants are advised that this is an Operational Control Centre, therefore it may be necessary to suspend pass issuing at short notice.

Terminal 5: Temporary Pass Office. Open 08:00 – 15:50 (closed 12:00 – 13:00) Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Passes may be issued by appointments only after 15:50. Tel. 020 8757 2039

Colnbrook Logistic Centre: For construction and deliveries only. Passes may be issued Monday to Friday between 07:00 – 22:00  or Saturday between 08:00 – 14:00. The centre is closed on Sundays. 

Local planning rules restrict the arrival & departure of HGV’s at the CLC site, from 07:30 to  09:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 16:00 to18:30 on Saturdays. At these times, drivers are advised to park HGV’s offsite and use smaller vehicles to visit CLC.

Heathrow customers, who previously used the CEU for single access HGV passes, will now be able to obtain both their driver and vehicle passes at the Colnbrook Logistics Centre (CLC). All companies must register to use the Airbuild booking system to arrange their appointments. Please contact CLC@baa.com, or, call 0208 757 4109/4110 in advance to set your account up.

Cargo Examination Unit: This facility has now been closed.

Heathrow Academy is located outside the central terminal area, off the A4 Bath Road next to the Renaissance Hotel.

Bus routes 105, 111, 140, 285 and 555 from the Central Bus Station are free in both directions and provide easy, fast access to the Academy. Free buses are also available from Terminal 5 and Hatton Cross Underground Station. Limited parking is available in the pay-and-display car park opposite the Academy.
