Loss of an airside pass is a very serious matter. You need to report it as soon as possible to a manager in your organisation and to the ID Centre at the airport where the pass was issued.

It may be necessary for the local police to be informed of the loss. We will immediately cancel the access rights of any pass that is reported lost or stolen. You must then complete Form 6 to begin the process of replacing your pass.
