Continuous passenger analysis and sophisticated space and category management modelling, to develop and refine the mix of outlet types and brand names, all help us to match our retail as closely as possible with the seven passenger profiles of each terminal or airport.

A fair price and a great deal

A fair pricing policy is the cornerstone of our entire retailing strategy. We commit to high street prices in all shops before passport control. And why we insist that all shop prices after passport control are “less UK VAT” no matter where the customer is travelling. Not only that, but we conduct regular independent surveys to ensure we remain competitive against the UK high street.
