BAA appoints advisory team to support Gatwick Airport sale

Airport operator BAA today confirmed the appointment of advisers to support the sale of Gatwick Airport.

Financial advice will be provided by RBS and HSBC, with legal support coming from Freshfields (corporate) and Herbert Smith (competition and property). Finsbury continue to provide strategic communications support to BAA, and will form part of the Gatwick advisory team.
