IT is at the heart of a successful, smooth-running airport. And our teams make sure the systems BAA uses - from shops to security - work efficiently, round the clock..

We're also working on a number of cutting-edge projects. For example, we're developing new security processes based on scanning eye retinas and fingerprinting and we're also creating airport self-service systems and wireless portals.
