Our issues and approach

Our business has a range of economic, environmental and social impacts, both positive and negative. We need to ensure that we identify and manage the impacts that are most important to our stakeholders and we do this by monitoring:

• What our stakeholders say and how often they say it
• Government policy developments and changes to relevant laws and regulations
• Peer companies and what they are addressing
• Best practice standards with regards to our environmental reporting. 

This year we have developed our corporate responsibility reporting to include additional information on how we prioritise our efforts across this agenda.
