About World Duty Free

World Duty Free (WDF) is owned by BAA and employs around 2000 people across our seven UK airports. Although still a relatively young company, WDF has quickly grown to become the world’s leading duty free retailer. In the coming years we’re looking to further strengthen this position.

Our WDF stores sell over 25,000 different products. The beauty category is the biggest selling – making up around 50% of our overall sales – followed by liquor, food, tax free and luxury goods. Ultimately, we want every passenger who passes through a BAA airport to board their plane, or leave the airport, with a WDF product. It is a unique retail environment – fast moving, varied, challenging and rewarding.
