In this section of BAA’s investor centre you will find various documents of interest to actual and potential debt investors in BAA.
There are annual reports and other periodic financial statements for various group companies including:
- BAA Limited (previously called Airport Development and Investment Limited)
- BAA (SH) plc (previously BAA (SH) Limited), the immediate parent company of BAA (SP) Limited
- BAA (SP) Limited, the parent company of the security group that includes BAA’s London airports
- Heathrow Airport Limited
- Stansted Airport Limited
This part of the investor centre also includes investor reports issued under the terms of common terms agreement governing the relationship between the security group and its bondholders and other financial creditors.
You will also find the most recently issued base prospectus relating to the security group’s bond issuance programme as well as any supplementary prospectuses issued since the base prospectus.
Finally, you can also obtain the capital investment plan documents that are issued annually with documents included from 2009 onwards.
