Baggage

After passport control, follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area. Check the monitors to see which carousel your flight number is using and wait for confirmation that it is ready. There may be luggage from more than one flight on each carousel, so please be patient and try not to block access for others.

Please remember to take care when lifting heavy bags and suitcases.  Baggage trolleys are provided in key areas around the terminal building. As from 9 June 2008, these will be operated using a coin deposit system.

Passengers will need a £1, 1 Euro, or $0.25 cent US coin, which is refunded when the trolley is returned to a trolley return point. Change machines are situated in the international and domestic baggage reclaim halls, the terminal forecourt and the coach and bus station.

Please note due to health and safety reasons children or adults must not ride on the trolleys.
