Self-Service Check-in

Self service check-in is speedy, simple and safe. With or without luggage, you can sail through the airport, chose your seat and have your boarding card in minutes.

Once you’ve taken your bags to the fast bag drop location, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy our shops, bars and cafes, or just relax before your flight.

More and more airlines are offering self service check-in (both online and kiosk) - ask your airline at the time of booking whether this option is available to you, or visit the airline website for further information.*

In Gatwick’s South Terminal there are self service check-in kiosks (located near the standard check-in desks) for passengers flying with the following airlines:

• North West Airlines
• Sterling.dk (hand baggage only)
  ThomsonFly
• Virgin Atlantic

Please keep your baggage close by and take care of credit cards, passports and other important documents when using the kiosks. Airline staff will be on hand should you need any assistance.
