BAA retail concession enquiries

BAA wants its customers to look forward to and relish their time at the airport, and the BAA Retail team works with current and new business partners to improve and enhance the overall retail experience. This means aligning our retail and catering proposition closely with the needs and profile of our customers in each location, and working with specialist brands that our customers advocate and trust.

The BAA Retail team is always interested to hear about new and innovative concepts that can help create a memorable travel experience for our customers.  Some of the things we look for when selecting potential new partners are an existing and established retail business, a recognised brand name and trading experience on the high street or at other airports.

The following outlines the information required from new business enquiries:

  • Details of the retail or service proposal
  • Background to the concept and relevance to the airport environment
  • Detailed  information on your specific target audience (age, gender, nationality etc)
  • Initial financial projections
  • Trading history and/or experience in this sector
  • Locations currently being operated (in the UK or overseas)
  • Company background and strategy
  • Registered company name and number
